ARC Raiders Live Update 2.3.0
Update 2.3 adds the Noxious Set and Souls Offering player project, then rolls through a wide set of ARC, equipment, map, UI, stability and visual fixes. Here are the changes that matter when planning raids and builds.

Souls Offering and Noxious Set
Souls Offering is a new player project centered on remembering fallen Raiders and the marks they made against ARC. The Noxious Set is the headline store addition. The official announcement also includes three Souls Offering scenes, which are included below as source-attributed reference images.
ARC, Frigate and animation fixes
- Emperor loot: lower-tier containers sit near the entrance while deeper areas have better reward distribution.
- ARC behavior: dead rolling enemies no longer leave tracks, border movement is improved, and Vaporizer debris behaves more naturally.
- Frigate: new visual hatches show puzzle progress, and collision gaps that enabled hiding or getting stuck are fixed.
- Animation: Bull Rush camera motion is adjusted, and Bettina, Bobcat and Kettle magazines eject correctly during reloads.
Gameplay and equipment changes
The Heavy Shield base charge rises from 80 to 90. The developer note describes this as a small survivability bump while keeping a meaningful difference from the Medium Shield. The patch also improves Frigate pings, expands exploit prevention in Emperor locked rooms, tightens barricade placement, adjusts Pendola Pass killboxes and fixes heavy landing behavior during dodge rolls.
Items
- Flame Spray damage rises to 13/s from 10/s and its durability drain is reduced by 50%.
- Firefly Burner now ignites on impact, leaves a fire trail and explodes after about three seconds.
- Adrenaline Shot works at max stamina and refreshes its duration instead of stacking.
- Furniture design drop rates are corrected, and several weapon blueprints can now drop in any major map condition.
- Emperor Key blueprint odds from Redirection pods are reduced, with ARC parts and high-tier ARC loot added as compensation.
Grappling Hook, camera and zipline
Grappling Hook reliability is improved inside the Matriarch shield, around breakable debris and when a rope wraps around an obstacle. The advanced camera gains Color Push and Black & White filters, while zipline entry and long-distance previews receive fixes.
Map, performance and stability
Pendola Pass receives the largest collision pass, covering the fallen Emperor, gondola extraction, shelters, Storm Huts and an ammo box. Spaceport and Stella Montis also get fixes for stuck locations. FSR moves to 4.1.1, Xbox Series S audio memory is reduced, Frigate memory and crash behavior are improved, and an AMD RX 7000 ray-tracing crash workaround is included.
UI and quality-of-life updates
The Expedition Vault is being disabled; purchased slots are compensated with Bronze Statuettes and stored items move to the stash. Other changes cover controller hints, widescreen camera HUD coverage, weapon mod and stencil details, Codex scrolling, Outpost furniture, Reward Pass layout, Weapon Amplification tooltips, Project notification dots and Workshop navigation.
Known issues
The official list still includes the Raider Tool default-skin issue, incomplete quest objectives, lost quest-item blockers, Xbox instability, ARC Reclaimer docking and vaulting problems, oversized weapon models, Grappling Hook bounce behavior and a Railroad stuck spot on Pendola Pass. Check the official notes before treating any of these as resolved.
